It's not always easy to tell who's for real on a reality TV show -- and as The Bachelorette's Ashley Hebert learned the hard way, it can be even tougher from the other side of the camera. Now down to two bachelors, J.P. Rosenbaum and Ben Flajnik, Hebert says her one regret is the time she wasted on two-faced contestant Bentley Williams. On the upcoming Men Tell All special, she gets surprisingly emotional about Bentley's betrayal. Early front-runner Williams exited abruptly three weeks into season 7, giving Hebert an emotional speech about how he needed to return to his daughter... and then told the cameras that he was leaving because he wasn't attracted to Ashley. Now, Hebert says she feels mortified that she didn't realize what was happening. "I've seen how everyone reacted to what happened with Bentley, and that's been really hard -- figuring it out when everyone else did (and) feeling like a fool," admits Hebert, who hated watching herself "being played on national television (and) being called an ugly duckling." But, she says, the worst part isn't the humiliation; it's that she wasted so much time and emotion on someone who wasn't worth it. "If I could go back, I'd change that," says the 26-year-old dentist. "Wasting a lot of time is probably my biggest regret." Fortunately, it sounds like she doesn't have any regrets about who got the rose... but we won't find out for sure until the Monday finale! In the meantime, we can look forward to more confessions on Sunday night's Men Tell All episode, airing 9 p.m. on ABC. By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed Photo: Michael Buckner/ Getty Images As anticipation for the wedding scene in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1" continues to build, it's hard to imagine it could possibly live up to the high expectations of "Twilight" fans. But the saga's stars assure us that it will, in fact, be a spectacle worthy of Bella and Edward, even if it didn't always look that way when they were filming it. "Have you ever been to an awards show and you're like, 'Wow, on TV that looks much bigger, but then this is just sort of life that we're living?' " Nikki Reed asked when MTV caught up with her at San Diego Comic-Con. "We were shooting [the wedding], and I remember thinking that. I remember going, 'When I see this onscreen, it is going to feel epic. But I know what it's like to be here right now.' " Since the wedding was filmed in Vancouver, a place whose weather mirrors the Washington location in the books, it was freezing and wet on the set. Reed said that the ladies' stilettos got stuck in the mud, and the hems of their gowns got dirty while shooting the outdoor sequence. "There were really beautiful elements to it," Ashley Greene added. "Like, if you took out the fact that it was so cold and just looked at it like a picture, it was picture-perfect." Fortunately, Greene at least got a chance to contribute to the final design for her bridesmaids dress. She and director Bill Condon exchanged ideas back and forth until they finally decided on a look for her fashionista character Alice. "[Alice] is from the 1920s-ish, and so I thought her dress should have a little bit of that feel," Greene explained. "Other people had different visions, so we kind of put everything together, and I think it's something that you haven't seen before." Fans already got a glimpse of the wedding in the "Breaking Dawn" theatrical trailer that premiered during the MTV Movie Awards, but we'll have to wait until November to see it in all its glory. By Kara Warner with reporting by Josh Horowitz Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene Photo: MTV News Although the "Twilight" cast has wrapped filming on the franchise's two-part final chapter, "Breaking Dawn," their work together is far from over, considering the very last film won't open in theaters until November 2012 and the young actors have plenty of promotional commitments to fulfill until then. But having spent so much time together, we wondered whether the castmembers ever get sick of one another. When MTV News caught up with Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene at San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend, we put that question to them. We also asked the two stars if they had thought about how they'll feel when it's time to say goodbye to the series. "We're never sick of each other," Lutz said. "You do a project for seven months of your life, and you're really just anxious to get home. I was really excited to see my dogs, [sleep] in my own bed. And then ... we're here at Comic-Con; we're going to be here next year. We have a lot of press and a lot of opportunities to hang out with the fans, and that's what I really look forward to," he admitted. "Playing my role of Emmett — I love doing these movies — but by no way are we saying goodbye. We have a good couple years ahead of us and, you know, it's just great to work with best friends for so many movies," Lutz continued. "We see a lot of each other and we're all blessed to be working outside of 'Twilight,' but it's nice to all come together again." Discussing how the best friends spend their downtime during filming, Lutz and Greene revealed that they geek out with board games and grocery shopping. " 'DanceDance Revolution,' Lutz said. "Hasbro sent a lot of games to Ashley and I, so we have a lot of game nights, which is fun; cook, [watch] movies." "Grocery shopping at Whole Foods," Greene added of another production activity. "Which is terrible because I spend hundreds of dollars there by the time [we finish]," Lutz admitted. "You don't understand," Greene laughed, "They knew us by name there and it was the fun thing [to do], like, 'Wanna go grocery shopping?' Because then we could cook," she explained. "Super, super cool." Check out everything we've got on "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1." A source close to the couple, who just broke off their engagement, says that the Chicago Bears quarterback did his best to take charge of his former fiancee's life -- and his controlling ways reportedly led to their demise. "Jay Cutler was beyond controlling and didn't really like Kristin to go out," a Cavallari pal told People.com. "When she did go out, he called all the time and demanded to know exactly where she was going and who she was with." The friend adds: "He made her choose between him and being friends with a lot of her girlfriends. I'm not surprised it didn't last." Cavallari, 24, and Cutler, 28, were reportedly planning to marry this summer, and the reality star is said to be "devastated" by the end of the relationship. If there was one thing we learned from watching Kristin on Laguna Beach and The Hills, it was that she didn't take kindly to being told what to do. You would think Jay would have known this about her before popping the question -- but maybe he didn't have MTV. By James Montgomery Coldplay's new British stamps Photo: Royal Mail On Thursday (January 7), the U.K.'s Royal Mail unveiled a series of 10 new stamps, honoring the most iconic album covers of the past 40 years. The albums featured in the new series are the Rolling Stones' Let It Bleed, Led Zeppelin's IV, David Bowie's The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars, Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells, The Clash's London Calling, New Order's Power, Corruption and Lies, Primal Scream's Screamadelica, Pink Floyd's The Division Bell, Blur's Parklife and — the most recent album on to make the cut — Coldplay's A Rush of Blood to the Head. Meant to honor "the most potent graphic images of modern times, many of which have provided a visual soundtrack to people's lives," the series is the end result of a lengthy research process by the Royal Mail, who looked through thousands of album covers by British artists before deciding on the final list. And, during a Wednesday night BBC Radio broadcast, it was revealed that the queen herself actually approved each design. Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page — who helped design the cover for IV — was on hand to celebrate the release of the stamps and recalled the mysterious nature of the album's iconic imagery. "Almost 40 years after the album came out, nobody knows the old man who featured on the cover, nor the artist who painted him," he said. "That sort of sums up what we wanted to achieve with the album cover, which has remained both anonymous and enigmatic at the same time." Of course, any great honor is befitting of an equally great contest, so, on the same day the stamps were made available to the general public, Coldplay decided to give one of their Rush of Blood stamps away. In a message on their official site, the band held a contest to send one lucky fan "a letter using a Coldplay stamp, postmarked with today's issue date." "We visited our local post office earlier today and bought some of the Coldplay stamps," the message read. "Very nice they are too."
